Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is key to driving our company's sales and growth by generating new business, establishing strong relationships with clients, and promoting our range of products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, negotiating deals, and managing the entire sales process from prospecting to closing. Key Responsibilities: Sales and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including real estate, telecommunications, and software development. Generate leads through research, networking, and cold calling. Qualify leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand client needs and recommend the best solutions from our product range, including Real-Estate Management System ERP, Bulk SMS API, WhatsApp API, and custom development services. Product Knowledge and Promotion: Gain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to clients. Promote and sell our products, offering tailored solutions to clients based on their requirements. Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations. Prepare and deliver proposals and contracts to clients. Follow up with prospects and close sales deals. Market Research and Trend Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands. Provide feedback to the product development team on market needs and potential product enhancements. Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the software or technology industry. Previous experience selling software solutions, APIs, or similar products is preferred. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills. Ability to understand technical products and explain them to non-technical clients. Strong presentation and persuasion skills. Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Personal Traits: Self-motivated, results-oriented, and driven to meet sales targets. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory): Experience in selling Real-Estate Management Systems, Bulk SMS APIs, or WhatsApp APIs is a plus.
